Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Primal Edge offers certain products on a subscription basis for your convenience. This policy explains how subscriptions work, how billing is handled, and how you can cancel at any time.

1. Enrollment

Subscription enrollment is optional and is never selected by default. Subscription details, including price, billing frequency, and renewal terms, are clearly displayed before you complete your order. By selecting a subscription option at checkout, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.

2. Billing & Payment

By enrolling, you authorize Primal Edge to charge your selected payment method on the recurring schedule you chose (for example, every 30 days). Subscription charges include the product cost, any applicable taxes, and shipping fees where they apply. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or suspend your subscription until updated payment information is provided.

3. Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew at the stated frequency (for example, monthly) until cancelled. You will be billed on each renewal date unless you cancel in advance. Renewal reminders may be sent by email before your billing date, depending on your location and applicable law.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

  • By logging into your customer account on our website and managing your subscription, or

Once cancelled, you will not be billed again. Any orders already processed will be shipped and are covered under our Refund Policy and 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

5. Returns & Refunds

Subscription orders are subject to the same conditions as one-time purchases under our Refund Policy and 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Refunds apply to eligible products in line with that policy. Subscription charges already processed are handled according to our Refund Policy once an order has shipped.

6. Modifications

You may update your subscription details at any time, including changing your delivery frequency, pausing shipments, skipping a delivery, or updating your payment method. You can do this by logging into your customer account or by contacting our customer support team.
