Thank you for shopping with Primal Edge. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and other important information regarding the delivery of your order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During high-demand periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
United States — Standard Shipping: 15–25 business days | Free
United Kingdom — Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days | Free
International — Standard Shipping: 10–25 business days | Varies by destination
Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier conditions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 2–5 business days after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to update.
If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at support@theprimaledge.com.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders (including United Kingdom), please be aware that your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country's government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Primal Edge has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, and select international destinations. Some products may not be eligible for shipment to certain countries due to local regulations. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified at checkout.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to reship the order. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date at support@theprimaledge.com. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
